Junior Church
2 Timothy 3:15 ” and that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures…”
Teaching children the Word of God is of the utmost importance in this day and age. Every Sunday morning, children age 5 through 5th grade attend Junior Church services where they are taught Bible lessons, stories and songs. Each week they are given challenges to help them grow spiritually.
If you or your children would like to be a part, simply attend our Sunday morning worship service during which the children will be dismissed to their appropriate Junior Church class. If you are attending an adult connection class prior to the service, there will be a class available for your child as well.
Nursery and Preschool

Quality nursery care is given to babies and toddlers during the services and church activities of Truth Baptist Church. It is our goal and God-given responsibility to make a safe, clean and well-staffed environment for your children. If you are visiting Truth Baptist Church, feel free to bring your whole family, and your little ones, too!
Our ushers and door greeters will be happy to direct you to the nursery when you come. Nursery and Preschool services are available during connection class hour and the main service.
Wednesday Evening Kids Activities
Youth Group
Ecclesiastes 12:1 “Remember now thy Creator in the days of thy youth…”
Simply put, young people today need Christ more than ever. While the world begs for the attention of our youth, God in Heaven longs to give them true happiness, joy and meaning in life.
During the school year we have special services held for our youth every Wednesday evening beginning at 7:15pm at the Laurel Meadows Elementary School on Lee-Davis Rd. There are also fun-packed activities planned for our teenagers on a regular basis to help encourage them to know Christ and other teenagers, as well as opportunities for service to Christ. Youth Group takes place during the school year.
Please use the Waiver/Release form at the bottom of this page for all Youth Trips, Activities and Meetings. From June 1, 2024 – May 31st, 2025.
Kings Kids
Matthew 19:14 ” But Jesus said, ‘Suffer the little children, and forbid them not to come unto me: for of such is the kingdom of heaven.” Children were drawn to Christ, and the children of Truth Baptist look forward to coming each Wednesday evening to our fun-filled and Christ-centered children’s program. Each night is filled with Bible lessons, games and team competition, Scripture memory and much more! Kings Kids takes place alongside youth group at Laurel Meadows Elementary starting at 7:15pm. Kings Kids takes place during the school year.
Flyers Club
Flyers Club is for preschool age children, and takes place downstairs at the church during the Wednesday evening prayer service.
